insignia, this is the style they call "Gladiator style Helmet" used
only by the Luftschutz, helmet is well marked and has the chinStrap

German
Rare Army Double Decal lightweight Parade Helmet, ID'd and with
research paper
work, mid-1930s,
with original pea green paint. This rare Helmet is complete with Liner
and chinStrap, the leather part of liner is size marked 56
(meaning the helmet is most likly a size 62 shell) and named to the
original owner "Schudt". Hauptmann Schudt was commissioned as a
Leutnant in 1938 in Infantry Regiment 116. Accompanying this
helmet is a copy of research done on Hauptmann Schudt's service
record
indicating his awards, (such as the Iron Cross 2nd, The Iron Cross
first class and the Ostmedaille), promotions, positions, and
units. There is also a photo of him as an enlisted man in the
record. A super rare untouched helmet .......$3,800.00
