Certificates (MPCs): During
War time the
U.S. Government pays its troops not in American currency, but in
Military Payment Certificates, these certificates are changed on a
regular basis to try and prevent Black Marketing. WWII - The
Korean
War -- and the Viet Nam war all had there own issues of U.S. Military
Payment Certificates which were called for short MPCs....
